Happy to contribute the publisher's third book in this Taming the Cowboy series, I searched for a focal point for the plot and decided on thawing out a cowboy's stone cold heart. That inspired me to photograph a rock stack post during one of our ranch work days for the cover. Give artist Bibi Harrison a stack of field stones and she can craft a soothing waterfall. Let her meet a diamond-in-the-rough rancher, and she'll un-stack the stones surrounding his heart. This novella is set in Council Grove, Kansas, where we ranch and is dedicated to the devoted ranchers and cattlemen we're privileged to work alongside. Don't miss this great summer read straight from the prairie to your bookshelf!
